Three new middle-grades schools join the AED PSO Network in 2009-10 schools year

AED is very pleased to announce that three new middle-grades schools have been approved to open in the fall of 2009-10. AED provided extensive technical assistance and support to the schools’ planning teams from the application to the planning phase of the work and implementation support during its first first year.

The schools are:

  • MS 366 The Science and Medicine Middle School, under the leadership of Ingrid Thomas-Clark

  • MS 421 West Prep Academy, under the leadership of Emily Noto

  • MS 448 Soundview Academy for Culture and Scholarship, under the leadership of William Frackelton
